This comment about agency principal Bob Hadley was by Paul Charest, owner of Eastern Television, in a Herald News article. The article lauded the company’s “rising out of the ashes” and being back in business at 1196 Bedford Street, Fall River, after a devastating fire nine months earlier. In response to questions about how the company continued to provide services to customers after the fire and managed to rebuild so quickly, Charest said “Insurance covered most of the cost of re-opening,” and added, “My insurance agent, Robert Hadley, was of particular help; he said to trust him, and I did.”
